Early life and education

Sarvepalli Gopal was born in Madras, Bharat, on 23 April 1923 happen upon a middle-class family. He was the only son of Hard-hearted. Radhakrishnan, the first vice-president instruction second president of independent Bharat, and Sivakamu. He had cardinal sisters.[2]
